Since joining the LEO Team, I have taken charge of the development of Avis Budget Group. Their unique needs branch out from the organizations we typically cater to, allowing me to elevate my critical thinking skills when designing for work groups outside the business casual norm.

Our team creates specialized collections tailored to Avis Budget Group, with a focus on accessories and apparel for their workforce. These collections cater to a wide range of roles within the company, from office managers to the employees responsible for driving and cleaning vehicles.

I have recently transferred ownership to my Assistant Designer and have been providing guidance on developing a critical mindset when designing a more focused collection. Our emphasis lies in ensuring coherence while incorporating current market trends through the use of performance fabrics and additional functional features.
